At AVD&OS, we endeavour to work alongside you to provide excellent oral care for your clients’ pets. We also work with Zoos and animal parks throughout New Zealand.
WORKING ALONGSIDE VETERINARIANS
We view our relationship with you, the referring veterinarian, as a partnership - which enables us to best serve your client.
We require pre-operative laboratory tests as well as any relevant history to be forwarded via our reception prior to your client's appointment at AVD&OS.
Case reports, including copies of any lab reports, are returned to the referring veterinarian in two formats following a procedure at the AVD&OS.
Please complete a referral form and email or fax it along with the pertinent medical records.
At the AVD&OS, we view the referring veterinarian as part of a triangle; the client, you, and us.

DENTAL X-RAY CONSULTATION
We are happy to review dental radiographs. Email them to reception@aucklandvetdentist.co.nz and place the words 'dental x-rays' in the subject line.

Our aim is to do everything possible to support your efforts to maintain your patient’s oral health and provide exceptional service in the process.
MEDICAL DOCUMENTS
There are three ways to send your patients documents;
1. Ask your patient to bring them along to their appointment
2. Email them to us reception@aucklandvetdentist.co.nz
3. Upload the documents whilst filling in the online patient referral form.
Note: Please supply all relevant medical records, including blood tests and laboratory results.
